SAIL: Stay Active & Independent for Life!

This is a strength, balance, and fitness class for adults wishing to stay active, independent, and ro reduce the chances of having a a fall. Various muscle groups are targeted to enhance strength and balance which can deteriorate from injury and age. The focus of this class will be having fun while exercising utilizing music, chairs, and light weights.
