Tai Chi Intermediate

Intermediate Tai Chi builds on the skills and practices learned in Beginning Tai Chi, including Qi Gong, while concentrating on the more advanced 37-movement Cheng Man Ching form. This class is recommended for those with previous experience and familiarity with the basic principles and movements of Tai Chi.
John, Angela and Peggy are a team of collaborative instructors. Among them, they have over sixty years of experience as students and leaders of Yang style Tai Chi.
