Letter to the Editor | PenLight in need of transparency
Peninsula Light BoD (Board of Directors) elections:
It’s time to change out the board members and the CEO (No Kings!), due to lack of transparency to its member owners!
My vote is for Paul Alvestad! To reinstate his removal for an apparent “whistleblower” attempt to represent the member owners, against the current “cabal-like” board, for refusing to provide PenLight planning and intended expenses.
My other two votes go to Keith Black and Joe Tellez, who are very experienced and very well-qualified.
Here is the perfect opportunity to exercise term limits when the BoD becomes a cabal-like, behind-closed-door operations! Also — did I read correctly that — the BoD meetings are closed to the public or requires an invitation?
If true — that alone should tell us it’s time for a change!
