The Waterfront Farmers Market opened on Thursday, May 22, at Skansie Brothers Park in downtown Gig Harbor. The market continues from 1 to 6 p.m. every Thursday through Aug. 28.

Click here to read about the new shuttle that brings people to the market from two church parking lots. And click here to read about the co-op booth being operated by the Peninsula Female Farmers Network, which offers opportunities to smaller farmers.
