Tom passed away peacefully on Aug. 31, 2025, in his Gig Harbor home on Peacock Hill. He was born Nov. 13th, 1943.
He grew up in Purdy and attended Peninsula High School. From there, he attended Olympic College in Bremerton, and often fished commercially on the Gig Harbor Boat “Home II”. He then served in the United States Coast Guard from 1964 to 1968.
Following his military service, Tom returned to Gig Harbor and entered the family real estate business, where he became a broker and investor.

His favorite pastime involved many trips North of Gig Harbor as owner & skipper of A 76 ft former Canadian Purse Seiner called the “Laredo”.
He is survived by his life partner Jo Ann Record, brother and sister in law Dave & Mame Morris, nephew Reid Morris, niece Suzanne Kinney, cousin Sandra Goodman & Pat Goodman, and extended families.
