Letter to the Editor | We need Republican leadership in Olympia
Listen everyone. The State of Washington, as recently confirmed, has a budget deficit of $40 Billion.
That’s a Billion, with a capital “B”.
Since our State Legislature has been under a clear majority of the Democratic Party for these last several decades, one could easily determine that we need a sea change if we have any hope of turning this ship around. Enough of the “free stuff”, enough coddling of the folks that commit serious crimes in our communities.
Gary Parker is a genuine human being, that cares deeply about our State and the tough challenges facing us. Instead of name calling or shouting, Gary is interested in making much needed changes, and I know he is a collaborator. If you are concerned ever higher property taxes, and perhaps the threat of a State Income Tax, regardless of your income….Mr. Parker needs your vote.
