Caldier leads by 89 votes in 26th District Senate primary
The race for state Senator in the 26th Legislative District is a dead heat, according to preliminary primary election results released Tuesday.
Rep. Michelle Caldier, R-Gig Harbor, leads incumbent Deb Krishnadasan, D-Gig Harbor, leads, by 89 votes out of 29,292 counted so far. Caldier has 14,659 votes (50.05) to Krishnadasan’s 14,570 (49.74%).

Results in the race for three Charter Review Commission seats representing Pierce County Council District 7. The Charter Review Commission will review the county charter and suggest amendments. The top two vote-getters in each race advance to the general election.
