The Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office announced Saturday that it has obtained an arrest warrant for Shaun D. Rose, 40, in connection with a double homicide discovered late Thursday in Olalla.

Detectives identified Rose as a suspect in the Steven P. Shulz and Mina Shulz, both 51 years old. The remains of the Shulzes were discovered Thursday evening at an address on Shady Glen Avenue in Olalla. The Shulzes owned E2W Brewing, listed in documents with an address on Shady Glen.

A Facebook post Saturday from the sheriff’s office indicated that investigators are looking for video from the area of Bowe Lane in Port Orchard between 8 and 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 18. Detectives believe Rose stole a vehicle from that area then. The vehicle has been recovered.

Anyone with such video can email the relevant portion to [email protected].

Rose should be considered armed and dangerous, according to the KCSO Facebook post. He is believed to be hiding in “the Pierce County and Tacoma area.”
